Proper measurement is the best way to insure proper fit. The guidelines provided here should help you to order the correct size. Remember, dogs have different body structures and shapes within their breed. We cannot guarantee our products will fit every dog perfectly (except for our custom designs). We offer a wide range of sizes so most breeds will fall into our available sizes. Please use the diagram below to determine your dog's measurement.
Different manufactures have different sizing scales so always refer to your dog's measurement for EACH item you purchase.

CHEST: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the legs. This is the MOST IMPORTANT MEASUREMENT.
NECK: Measure around the neck where a collar is normally worn.
BODY LENGTH: Measure from the back of the neck to the tail.
IMPORTANT: If your dogs falls between two sizes, has a lot of fur, or is at the very end of one size, we recommend going up one size for a more comfortable fit. Some of the larger breeds have very deep chests and thin necks- you must follow the size for their chest in order for the garment to be worn comfortably.
