PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal.
ORDER STATUS:
Once an order is placed an email Order Confirmation is sent to the email on the order. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, or have received an error code during checkout, please check your billing information carefully. If you receive an error code there is a problem with the billing information that you entered. We are not able to help you with this on our end, you must correct your billing information you enter. Please make sure the address you enter matches the credit card you are using.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all of our regularly stocked items out within 3 days (Mon-Fri). We ship from California. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Custom items to ship. We offer 3 methods for shipping:
USPS First Class ~ normally takes 2-8 days to arrive
USPS Priority Mail ~ normally takes 1-4 days to arrive
USPS Express 2nd Day Guarantee ~ normally takes 1-2 days to arrive (most addresses arrive the Next Day)
The only method of guaranteed delivery by a certain date is Express. This method requires a signature for delivery. We reserve the right to require a signature on any orders shipped. Please consider this when entering your shipping address. Since the United States Postal Service cannot offer us a guarantee for First Class or Priority Mail delivery we cannot offer one to you.

USPS Priority Mail ~ $8.85
USPS Express 2nd Day Guarantee ~ $31.95
NOTE: These charges are for shipping the first 2 items, an additional $1 per item is charged for more than 2 items.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
We only ship within the USA at this time.
SALES TAX:
We charge all of our California residents 7.375% sales tax.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL exchange requests must read our Exchange Policy. We do not offer return refunds. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
