Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid exchanges due to sizing issues.

We provide sizing charts for all of our dog formal wear. Different manufactures use different sizing scales. Please read each one carefully. In the event you purchase the wrong size we will honor one size exchange. This exchange must be for the same item. The exchanged items must be returned in it's new, original condition.

Our exchange policy is to ensure that all of My Formal Dog's customers receive items in new, excellent condition.

Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of My Formal Dog.

We DO NOT offer return refunds on any of our formal wear. We ONLY offer size exchanges.

IMPORTANT EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS:

• Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Items MUST be returned in new, unused condition. Item MUST be clean, no smells, free of hair, tags still attached and returned in original packaging. Exchanged items will be shipped USPS First Class. If you would like your item shipped USPS Priority please include $8.85 with your return.
• We DO NOT accept exchanges on custom, personalized items. These are final sale. If there is a problem with the custom fit we will make every effort to fix this for you.
• We NO NOT accept exchanges on hair bows or jewelry.
